Shane Harris Construction, Inc. is a full service General Contractor with an unlimited level license.  We pride ourselves in every aspect of job performance.  Through the years, we, in conjunction with our affiliates, have refined a method of doing business which ensures the highest level of craftsmanship in every project, no matter the scope or budget. From a simple window replacement to the construction of a 3500+ square foot custom home, we take this approach in every task.  

It is our pleasure to witness the excitement shown by our clients through the building process; however, it is our goal that our clients be excited to live in homes built by Shane Harris Construction, Inc. at many different points in their home ownership.  For example, when they receive their first electric bill and notice the money saved due to the processes and technologies we employ to conserve energy;  or when they notice the solid construction and how well the doors open and close after years of use.  Our “beyond code” method of building will be noticed many years after the home is completed.

We have incorporated a variety of methods to address the growing concerns for energy efficiency. These include installing only high seer HVAC units and LED lighting. We also install radiant heat barriers in the attics, added insulation in the walls, and create semi-climate controlled crawl spaces. Shane Harris Construction, Inc. is not only mindful of the financial aspect of energy efficiency but also the environmental demands of our region.

As a Pella Windows and Doors Certified Contractor, we stay up to date with all advancing technologies in the window and door industries. This includes the most important task of all, providing our clients and with not only the highest level of craftsmanship, but the best products to team with this craftsmanship.
